These terms apply when you use kloversegy.com or take classes with Klovers Korean Academy. By creating an account or booking a class, you agree to them.
Klovers teaches live online classes with a teacher, in groups or privately. The first trial class is free. The site also offers learning materials, a placement test and practice games.
Please give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Learners under 18 need the consent of a parent or guardian.
We accept bank transfer, Vodafone Cash and InstaPay (Egypt), as well as international card or PayPal.
All payments are manually reviewed by our team before your enrolment is activated. There are no automatic charges.
If you are not satisfied after your first class, we will refund you or rebook you — no questions asked.
After that, refunds are prorated for unused sessions.
Group classes are recorded and shared with enrolled students. Private students can reschedule with 24 hours' notice.
Please be respectful to teachers and other students. We may remove anyone from a class, or close an account, for harassment, abuse or disruptive behaviour.
Lessons, recordings, textbooks and other materials are for your personal learning only. Please do not share, sell or republish them.
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top.
